Customers who purchase an eligible Max Volt Bundle on a 24-month contract during the promotional period and successfully pass the cooling-off period, in accordance with the Virgin Media O2 Terms and Conditions, will be eligible to claim the reward.

Eligible customers will receive a £300 Trip.com gift card to use on eligible bookings and services available through Trip.com.

To qualify, you must purchase an eligible Max Volt Bundle between 30 April 2026 and 13 May 2026.

Eligible customers will then receive an email from Virgin Media O2 containing a unique code and promotional URL to claim their reward.

You must complete your registration by 31st August 2026. After this date, your unique code will expire and can no longer be used. 

Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email containing your Trip.com gift card details, including a unique Card Number and PIN.

To redeem your gift card:
1. Visit Trip.com and create an account, or log in to your existing account.
2. Go to the “Account” section and select “Gift Cards”.
3. Enter your Card Number and PIN to add the balance to your account.
4. Your £300 gift card balance will then appear in your Trip.com account.
5. Choose your preferred booking and proceed to checkout.
6. Select “Gift Card” as your payment method to redeem your balance.  

Your Trip.com gift card must be redeemed and used towards a booking by 31 December 2028. After this date, the gift card will expire.
